OneWrap is the right solution for most standard pallet packaging needs. It is a semi-automatic machine for packaging palletized goods with stretch film. It can be equipped with mechanical and electromagnetic brakes (EM / M / FM) or motorized pre-stretch carriage and powered (SM - 90% / LP - 240%).
• It has been designed with an attractive and modern control panel with intuitive icons. • OneWrap can be programmed with 10 different programs, allowing for a consistent wrapping cycle for a given product.
• The machine has 5 different operating modes:
- Automatic UP ONLY
- Automatic UP & DOWN
- Automatic UP ONLY + PAUSE FOR TOP SHEET
- Automatic UP & DOWN + PAUSE FOR TOP SHEET
- Manual
• Different carriage speeds in the up and down phase.
• Top sheet application cycle with programmable carriage speed reduction before pause (time delay).
Number of overlapping wraps programmable from the control panel (time delay).
• Cycle can be stopped at any point and then resumed (useful for corner protection application).
Large two-digit display to view parameters to be adjusted (speed, number of turns, film tension, overlapping wraps, times, top sheet reduction and fault display).
